Avalon Funeral Plans has joined Golden Leaves Funeral Plans, to create one of the largest independent, UK regulated funeral plan providers across the UK and Europe.

There is no impact on your plan, your payments, or the service you receive.

For Existing Avalon Customers
If you already have an Avalon Funeral Plan, nothing is changing.
Your plan remains fully valid and protected, and you will continue to receive the same level of service from the same Avalon team you already know. Phone numbers, email addresses and day-to-day support all remain exactly the same, and calls will continue to be answered by the Avalon team.
All current plans continue to be provided by Avalon Trustee Company Limited and Avalon (Europe) Limited. Contracts, benefits and terms remain unchanged. You do not need to take any action.
Avalon has not closed, and your arrangements remain secure.
Avalon Funeral Plan funds continue to be held in a separate, independently managed trust- These funds are governed by trust law and monitored in line with the Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) strict rules
- This ensures the money to deliver your plan is ring-fenced, professionally managed and legally protected
