Disproportionate burden

In this instance the lang attribute of the <html> element has an invalid value. The lang attribute in the <html> tag specifies the primary language of the webpage. It is used for making content accessible to users relying on assistive technologies like screen readers, ensuring that text is pronounced correctly. If the value of the lang attribute is invalid, these tools may be unable to determine the language, leading to mispronunciations or a suboptimal experience for users with disabilities.
Where there are accessibility issues with these third-party services, we have raised those with our suppliers, and we are working to find solutions to the extent possible. Accessibility will be considered as part of any future renewal processes with our suppliers of website content.
