5. The first plan must be fully paid, or if paying by instalments, their instalments must be up to date at point of purchase.
6. The purchaser must live at the same address as the first plan holder.
7. We will honour this discount in the event that the first plan has been redeemed any time after 01/01/2020 as long as we can confirm the first plan holder’s Avalon Plan ID and the new plan is registered at the same address.
8. The discount may be withdrawn if the first plan is cancelled within 30 days of the purchase of the new plan if paid in full, or within 18 months if paid in instalments.
9. Only the purchaser will qualify for the discount on their new plan.
10. The discount cannot be applied retroactively.
11. The discount cannot be transferred or reinstated in the event of plan cancellation.

3. Discount will be the value of cancellation fee charged on your previously held Avalon Funeral Plan up to a maximum of £395/€495.

6. The previously held plan must have been cancelled between 01/01/2020 and 30/04/2024 by the customer.
