If you have paid for your funeral plan in full, you can cancel your plan within 30 days of the receipt of your Welcome Pack with no cancellation fee. If you cancel after 30 days following receipt of your Welcome Pack, we will refund all monies paid into the plan, less the cancellation fee. If your plan is paid by instalments, you can cancel within 12 months in the UK/18 months in Europe of the receipt of your Welcome Pack with no cancellation fee.
If you cancel after this period following receipt of your Welcome Pack, we will refund all monies paid into the plan, less the cancellation fee. If we or you cancel your plan outside of the moratorium period, we will retain 50% of the instalment charge you have paid in addition to the cancellation fee.
