We understand that pets are a part of the family; their death can be just as heartbreaking as that of any loved one. For this reason, it is important to be able to plan for their departure in the same way that you would for a spouse or relative.
The Avalon Phoenix Pet Plan enables you to plan and pay for your pet’s funeral whilst your pet is still alive.
There are two main options to choose from:
The Communal Cremation
This is the conveyance of your animal to the local crematorium where there will be a communal cremation. Avalon will sensitively dispose of the ashes for you. The prices below give you a guide, however Avalon also offers a fully bespoke service and can provide a more accurate price on request.

The Individual Cremation
This includes the conveyance of your animal to the local crematorium where it will be cremated individually. The ashes will be returned to you in a keepsake box or urn of your choice. The prices below give you a guide, however Avalon also offers a fully bespoke service and can provide a more accurate price on request.

Your beloved companion can have a dignified farewell of the highest standard. The Phoenix Pet Plan can include:
- A choice of cremation
- A wide choice of floral tributes and music for the ceremony
- Collection of your pet by a dedicated member of the Avalon team, within hours of your call to our bereavement helpline
- The return of your pet’s ashes in an urn of your choice within 72 hours, if required.
For a minimum payment of as little as just £67, you can decide on the funeral requirements most fitting for your animal. Avalon can provide the funeral for any animal, regardless of how big or small they are. You can choose to pay in a lump sum or monthly instalments of as little as ￡12 per month – the choice is yours.
