John’s wealth of experience gained from senior management positions within the fast-paced insurance sector ideally places him as the UK Sales Director responsible for the motivation, performance and success of the ever-increasing UK sales force  

Peter Leech – Sales Director – Europe

Joined Avalon in 2005 and has played a key role in the growth of the Business to date. Has held a number of sales, operational and training roles with Avalon and is now responsible for developing European operations.
