Rosie Guest – Administration Manager
Rosie has been with the company for 6 years and has progressed from Administrator to Administration Manager.

Laurence Aspinall – Administration Supervisor
Responsible for managing the midlands administration team who responsible for the processing of new members plans. Work to ensure that customer service is continually at the highest level, not only for new members but importantly for Avalons existing customers.

Alan Hayne – Collections Co-ordinator
Alan has worked for Avalon for the past 20 years and continues to work closely with some of our local house bound members.

Emma Fannon - UK Administrator
Responsible for processing new business. Dealing with member enquiries and a key member of the UK Credit Control team.

Melanie Corrigan – UK Administrator
Responsible for processing new business. Dealing with member enquiries and a key member of the UK Credit Control team.

Catherine McNamara – UK Administrator
Responsible for processing new business for the northern team and providing consistently high customer service to all existing customers.

Emma Grady – Overseas Administrator
Responsible for processing all of our overseas plans, liaising with our Spanish team whilst constantly striving to deliver excellent customer service.

Clare De Coninck – Sales Support Administrator
Clare supports the sales force on a daily basis, to ensure the smooth running of the department.
